DRIVER PROTOCOL
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Schoolbells require that our drivers follow the Illinois guidelines for bus drivers. Including:

Clean background check. No aggravated batteries or crimes involving children

The ability to pass a school bus physical which also includes a drug screen and TB test for new signees

Required to attend an initial pupil transportation class when signed and must reattend once a year thereafter

Special education training taught by school district professionals once a year

ON THE ROAD AND IN TRANSIT
Schoolbells uses newer vehicles that are internally inspected quarterly and inspected by the state biannually. Other measures Schoolbells takes to perform the best service for it's clients.
